Our collections are thoughtfully handmade using quality materials including silicone beads, metal hardware, cord, and durable components suited to each design.

Every piece is created to feel lightweight, functional, and made for everyday routines — whether that’s work, study, travel, or home.

 

Q: How do I care for my item?

To keep your accessories looking their best, gently wipe with a damp cloth or clean with mild soap and water where appropriate.

Avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged soaking, or excessive force, as this may affect the finish or hardware over time.

 

Q: Are your products safe for children?

Our accessories are designed for adult use.

They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.

 

Q: Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We aim to represent colours and details as accurately as possible.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in bead tones, marbling, or pattern placement may occur. These small differences are part of the character and individuality of your item.

 

Shipping & Orders

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

Standard shipping — 3–8 business days (depending on location)

Express shipping — 1–4 business days (major metro areas are generally fastest)

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is planned for the future.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Q: Are sale items eligible for return?
