Q: What are your products made of?

Our current collection is crafted with smooth, durable silicone beads and strong elastic cord. They’re lightweight, comfortable to wear, and designed to handle everyday adventures.


Q: How do I clean my item?

Simply wipe with a damp cloth or wash gently with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking for long periods to keep your accessories looking their best.


Q: Are your products safe for kids?

Our accessories are designed for adults. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years old, as they may contain small parts.


Q: Will the colours look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show colours as true as possible! Because each handmade item is unique, slight variations in bead shades or marbling patterns are normal — that’s what makes every piece special ✨

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.


Standard shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on location)


Express shipping: 1–4 business days (major metro areas are fastest)

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we’re shipping within Australia only — but international shipping is coming soon 🌍✨


Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: What if I don’t love my order?

We want you to be happy! You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email us with your order number to get started.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! Please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right ❤️


Q: Do you accept returns on sale items?

Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded.
