🔄 Returns


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Items must be in good, resellable condition (not heavily damaged or broken).

💳 Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know and process your refund.


Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.


Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account.

 

🎨 Exchanges


Love it but want a different colour? We’re happy to exchange if stock is available.

🚚 Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.


If your item arrived damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items


Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Minor variations in bead colour or pattern are normal and not considered faults
