If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in good, resellable condition and not heavily damaged or broken.
To begin a return, please email hello.hayleyscomet@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm via email and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you love your piece but would prefer a different colour, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Simply email hello.hayleyscomet@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo so we can resolve it promptly.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
As each piece is handmade, slight variations in bead colour or pattern may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of your item and are not considered faults.
